Our 20 year old AC & heating system was on its last leg and our electric bill was over $600 a month in the summer. We knew it was time to update to a new energy efficient system. McLay installed the proper sized unit for our 2 story home and added two new vents as well as a zoning system so that the upstairs is as comfortable as the downstairs. It has been 3 months now and we love, love, love our new system. We are already seeing a difference in our electric bill. We have used McLay for our kitchen and master bath remodels, our water heater, as well as our air conditioning maintenance over the years. I just wanted to take the time to compliment your organization for the quick response to my plumbing emergency. My wife saw water spilling out of our water heater onto the garage floor and called your office. She spoke to Jaye who told her she would get someone out there as soon as possible. Within an hour your technician arrived and evaluated the situation and told my wife that the unit needed to be replaced. He rebuilt the wooden stand and put in the new unit, secured it to the wall and removed the old one; all done in a timely manner.
